The Marco Nidek ARK-530A is a highly accurate, automated autorefractor/keratometer used by eye care professionals to measure refractive errors and corneal curvature. It features advanced technology like the Super Luminescent Diode (SLD) for improved measurement capability even in eyes with cataracts or intraocular lenses (IOLs).

• Autorefractor/Keratometer: The device combines both functions in one unit to provide comprehensive data on the eye's refractive power and corneal shape.

• Automated Alignment and Firing: It features a 3D auto-tracking and auto-shot system that automatically aligns and captures measurements in the X, Y, and Z directions, simplifying the process and ensuring accuracy.

• SLD Technology: The use of a Super Luminescent Diode provides a sharper and clearer image than conventional LEDs, which is especially beneficial for accurately measuring eyes with media opacities like dense cataracts.
